  2. their really is no foods you should eat and shoudnt eat. i recamend stuff with vtiman c becuse that makes your skin more beatiful. its just a part of growing up…..

  3. food has very little to do with acne
    any derm. will tell u that

    so u dont need to worry about what you eat

    some people however will swear on certain foods. For example, fries, chocolate, soda, will screw u up

    but i dont buy that

    Stay far away from junk food [doritos, coke, etc], eat an orange for breakfast everyday, you’ll start seeing your skin clear up.

  5. If u eat lots of tomatoes i think that prevents acne but im not sure. The best way to prevent it is washing ur face alot…=] i have an acne problem too. But keeping your face clean is the best way..Sweat usually causes acne.Did that help???

It is strongly believed that the most common cause of acne is caused by using dairy products including pasteurized milk, cheese, cheddar cheese, goat’s milk, cow’s milk, margarine, yogurt (curd), cream etc. Other than dairy products following foods have also been reported causing food allergy to different people:

    Here are some you probably shouldnt eat statistically but why bother, there are too many!!!

    Wheat and wheat products such as biscuits etc.
    White flour and refined flour
    Red meat (beef, lamb)
    Spicy food
    Rice
    Ready meals
    Caffeine
    Alcohol
    Candy
    Chocolate
    Eggs
    Garlic
    Mushroom
    Broccoli
    Pumpkin
    Oyster

  7. believe it or not
    diet is not a main factor to acne
    it can be related slightly
    but other than avoiding oils and excess sugar intake
    thats all you can do.

    to control your acne
    you should wash your face 3 times a day
    drink plenty of water
    and use a gentle cleanser
    or a scrub (depends on your skin type)

  9. Well most people would say chocolate, but that’s not true. It’s actually the white sugar in the chocolate. Just stay away from anything that has white sugar in it.
